Air-conditioning in every apartment cools in summer and heats in the cooler months – you set your own temperature.

Oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and kettle, with a dining area indoors and on the terrace.

Large balconies and covered terraces with dining tables; many look straight over the bay of Medulin.

Shared spaces

The marble entrance hall welcomes you the moment you arrive. In the well-kept garden there's a picnic and barbecue corner and a sunny terrace for the hours when you simply want to stay put. The whole house is non-smoking.
