Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to plan and book a stay at Villa Livi without barriers – regardless of ability, device or assistive technology. This statement describes the accessibility of villa-livi.com.
Conformance status
We aim for this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as referenced by the European standard EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act. Based on our own assessment the site substantially conforms to these guidelines; we review it continuously and correct issues as we find them.
Measures on this website
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and named landmarks
- Text alternatives for all photographs, in all three languages
- Sufficient colour contrast, and text that can be enlarged without loss of function
- Full keyboard operability, visible focus indicators and a skip link
- The system setting “reduce motion” is respected
- No time limits, no autoplaying sound, no flashing content
Accessibility options on every page
Every page carries an accessibility button (bottom left) with options for larger text, high contrast, underlined links and paused animations. Your choices are stored only in your own browser and can be reset at any time.
Known limitations
- Booking and payment run through an external booking platform whose accessibility is outside our control. If it presents a barrier for you, contact us and we will arrange your booking personally by email or phone.
- Some photographs are decorative and convey atmosphere rather than essential information.
